We are a credit collection company operating nationally on behalf of our clients. Our clients range from sole traders to large Plcs. We work with our business clients within the areas of both consumer and commercial credit offering credit management support.

Both commercial and consumer divisions operate autonomously which enables our collection teams to utilise their specialised skills. Clients benefit from a tailored package which includes our pre-litigation collection process of letter and telephone activity. This process is supported by a dedicated legal team specialising in litigation procedures.

Our collection services operate on the basis of an agreed commission rate on monies collected. Kennedy's does not charge a joining fee or any other monthly charges.
